Job Requirements

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
related experience and/or training
previous experience providing exceptional customer service
ability to occasionally lift/pull/push up to 100 pounds with assistance

Job Duties

Train the Concierge team in accordance with the standards of the department
master and teach all the technology systems of the Concierge department
master and teach all duties and standards of the Concierge department
master and teach all information about the dining, activities, and adventures offered at The Broadmoor
oversee the training process and materials
function as a role model for the team and mentor staff as a Forbes 5-Star example
complete other duties as assigned by the Concierge Manager
