Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain an active secret security clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in administrative support including calendar management, supply coordination, meeting logistics, and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong multitasking skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience supporting U.S. Navy government programs
- College degree preferred

Job Duties
- Provide and maintain access and visitors control to the design site facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to include calendar management, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings and meeting support
- Gather, collect, record, track and verify information from multiple sources including meeting minutes and document reproductions
- Achieve day-to-day objectives consisting of routine and well-defined tasks following specific instructions
- Resolve routine problems and issues including coordination with facilities and corporate IT
- Communicate daily with peers and senior government and industry team partners
- Support meeting logistics and ensure accurate documentation and tracking of information
