Job Description
This opportunity is offered by one of the largest independent, physician-owned multispecialty groups in Tennessee that boasts a rich legacy of over 80 years dedicated to serving the community. The group has established itself as a premier healthcare provider with a strong commitment to quality care, patient-centered services, and physician leadership. Based in the Nashville suburb, this multispecialty group operates across 11 locations with more than 40 healthcare providers, ensuring a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care. The organization is well-recognized for its NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home certification, featuring an integrated electronic health record system and a robust array of in-house ancillary services. The facilities themselves are state-of-the-art, supported by dedicated support staff, which encourages a seamless and efficient workflow.
The current opening is for an outpatient dermatology position focusing primarily on general and/or cosmetic dermatology. Designed to enhance work-life balance, the role offers a flexible schedule without hospital call responsibilities, making it ideal for physicians seeking professional fulfillment along with personal balance. This outpatient-only practice thrives within a supportive multispecialty environment, providing a substantial built-in referral base drawing from a five-county service area. Joining this practice means working alongside experienced providers in a collaborative setting that promotes professional growth.
In addition to being a part of a respected physician-owned group, this role offers a shareholder track, enabling physicians to invest in the organization and share in its long-term financial growth and stability. Compensation includes a competitive base salary paired with production incentives, reflecting the practice's commitment to rewarding performance. The comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and malpractice coverage, ensuring that physician needs are well supported. This position also opens doors to the cultural and recreational amenities of the Nashville area, offering an excellent quality of life while advancing a medical career in a top-tier, physician-led practice. This is a unique chance to join a highly esteemed group where your expertise in dermatology can thrive in an empowering, collaborative environment.
