We are currently seeking a versatile and hardworking Prep/Line Cook/Dishwasher/BOH Kitchen Support Staff member to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the overall kitchen operations and maintaining the smooth flow of service. Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic setting, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in various back-of-house responsibilities including food prep, cooking, dishwashing, and inventory management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and stocking their stations with all necessary supplies, efficiently washing dishes and kitchenware using both automatic washers and manual methods, chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and cooking menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team. Attention to detail and adherence to health code guidelines are essential for ensuring food safety and kitchen sanitation. The role also involves cleaning the station, managing leftover food properly, and supporting inventory stocking duties.

This position is particularly suitable for individuals looking to develop their culinary skills while contributing to a fast-paced team environment. Job Duties

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Efficiently wash plates, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans utilizing automatic dishwasher and 3 compartment sink
  • Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory
  • Follow all health code guidelines
