Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by demonstrating the MIC success routine and prioritizing customer needs
  • manage the team’s adherence to shift excellence responsibilities

  • take charge of restaurant operations in the absence of the GM
  • work alongside the GM to evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback
  • address employee relations issues promptly or escalate as needed
  • assist in recruitment by identifying, interviewing, and hiring team members
  • foster a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging
  • manage profit and loss including cash control, inventory management, and labor oversight
  • analyze financial reports and take swift actions to enhance performance
  • support the GM in maintaining facilities and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
