Job Duties
- ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by demonstrating the MIC success routine and prioritizing customer needs
- manage the team’s adherence to shift excellence responsibilities
- uphold food safety standards
- ensure operational excellence
- take charge of restaurant operations in the absence of the GM
- work alongside the GM to evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback
- address employee relations issues promptly or escalate as needed
- assist in recruitment by identifying, interviewing, and hiring team members
- foster a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging
- manage profit and loss including cash control, inventory management, and labor oversight
- analyze financial reports and take swift actions to enhance performance
- support the GM in maintaining facilities and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
