  • Enhance profitability by efficiently monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, completing maintenance tasks, and applying sound judgment to maintain cash management and security protocols
  • Lead shifts by coordinating activities and ensuring compliance with safety, cleanliness, and service standards
  • Collaborate closely with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve sales growth and labor optimization
  • Maintain high food safety standards and monitor guest satisfaction metrics consistently
