They must have a deep understanding of program cost accounting systems and the ability to implement and oversee Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) programs. A key aspect of the job will be maintaining control over program product baselines and recommending organizational enhancements to improve overall efficiency. Travel within the designated geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR) may be required, emphasizing the need for flexibility and adaptability.
MANTECH values professional certifications and development, with preference given to candidates holding Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA PM Level II certifications. Applicants must possess an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance to be eligible for this position, reflecting the sensitive nature of the work and clientele served.
