Job Requirements
- Legal age to sell and/or serve alcohol per state and/or local laws
- Completion of state or local alcohol service training and possession of required certificates
- Completion or in-process status of management certification program
- Obtaining food handler's card where applicable
- Obtaining ServSafe Food Manager Certification
- SDS training requirement
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, sit, handle and feel with hands, reach with arms, talk or hear
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to regularly lift up to 60 pounds
- Compliance with dress code and excellent personal hygiene
- Completion of training materials on sexual harassment and discrimination
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong communication and mathematical ability
- Experience with PC and basic office programs including email, word processing, and spreadsheets

Job Qualifications
- Degree in business or equivalent experience
- minimum two years management or supervisory experience in restaurant or VIP/luxury theatre concepts
- experience in high-volume hospitality environments
- legally able to sell and serve alcohol and completion of required state or local alcohol service training and certificates
- proficient public speaking and effective oral and written communication skills
- strong mathematical skills with speed and accuracy in calculations
- excellent problem-solving and reasoning abilities
- proven computer skills including email, word processing, and spreadsheets
- ability to operate office equipment and maintain filing systems
- strong interpersonal skills to interface with customers and staff
- leadership capabilities including setting goals, budgeting time, and coaching employees
- experience supervising multiple employees including hiring, training, and performance appraisals

Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Must be of legal age to sell and/or serve alcohol per state and/or local laws
- Uphold and administer all Regal policies and brand standards as outlined in the Regal Operations Manual and corporate directives
- Ensure all cash management policies and procedures are adhered to always
- Monitor risk management related to employee and guest safety, loss prevention, proper handling of food and alcohol, emergency situations, accident reporting and investigation
- Comply with all food safety laws, protocols, and health department regulations
- Promptly report accidents, incidents, and business interruptions per operating protocols
- Hire, train, develop, mentor, supervise, counsel, schedule, and terminate employees in coordination with Human Resources
- Train staff in roles including server, box office, food runner, bartender, and kitchen positions, including cross-training
- Ensure all required alcohol certifications and training are current
- Administer paperwork and uphold company policies
- Maintain projection and sound systems for optimal guest experience
- Oversee facilities maintenance and cleaning consistent with Regal standards
- Direct kitchen and bar maintenance and sanitation programs
- Manage equipment use and schedule necessary repairs for kitchen appliances and theatre maintenance
- Optimize profits through strict cost control including payroll and inventory management
- Conduct full monthly and quarterly inventories
- Create staff schedules to meet demand while controlling labor costs
- Conduct daily theatre inspections and corrective actions
- Manage daily kitchen logs and ensure food and beverage items meet Regal's quality and safety standards
- Deliver excellent guest relations, including marketing feature engagements and scheduling movie showtimes
- Handle guest questions and complaints personally
- Manage cash deposits, reconciliations, and all forms of receipts
- Maintain up-to-date recipe knowledge and supervise food preparation and storage
- Enforce health and safety compliance throughout operations
- Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen and food prep areas
- Adhere to dress code and personal hygiene standards
- Handle lost and found items according to policy
- Comply with federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
- Complete or be in process of management certification program
- Obtain necessary food handler and ServSafe Food Manager certifications
- Understand Regal Operations Manual and training materials including sexual harassment and discrimination
- Meet physical demands including lifting, standing, and mobility requirements
- Provide reasonable accommodations for disabilities as needed.
