Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event supervision or marketing preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Availability to work part-time hours
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, optimistic, and upbeat personality
- Solution-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Personal sense of responsibility and accountability
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Supervise promotional street teams during events
- Set up and break down event materials
- Engage and interact with local partners and fans
- Serve as a role model and mentor for interns
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
- Represent Good Karma Brands by adhering to core values
- Work some evenings and weekends as required
