Supervisors are responsible for the development of associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing performance, and fostering a workplace culture rooted in belonging. The role actively supports the Open Door Policy and provides guidance on executing business practices aligned with Walmart's culture.

Walmart offers competitive pay for this position with an annual salary range of $65,000 to $80,000, along with performance-based bonuses and other benefits. These benefits include comprehensive health coverage (medical, vision, dental), financial benefits like 401(k), stock purchase plans, and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off includes PTO for vacation and sick leave, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting.
