Job Requirements
- Two years of college or one year of retail experience and one year of supervisory experience or two years of general work experience and one year of supervisory experience
- Successful completion of job-required trainings and assessments
- Ability to pass criminal background check and firearms authorized training for firearms facilities
- Acknowledge requirements for state-specific certificates where applicable
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- Willingness to attend all required training
Job Qualifications
- Two years of college
- One year of retail experience and one year of supervisory experience
- Two years of general work experience and one year of supervisory experience
- Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
- Knowledge of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership preferred
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership preferred
Job Duties
- Recruit, develop, and manage qualified associates to meet staffing needs
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs
- Identify and address improvement opportunities
- Provide supervision and development opportunities by hiring, training, and mentoring associates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support company mission, values, and ethics
