Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • familiarity with food safety and inventory systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • oversee training programs and staff development
  • delegate tasks and follow up on team performance
  • ensure food safety and quality standards are met
  • control food costs and manage inventory
  • coordinate scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
  • implement sales promotions and organize service areas
  • mentor and motivate crew to deliver excellent customer experiences
