Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- oversee training programs and staff development
- delegate tasks and follow up on team performance
- ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- control food costs and manage inventory
- coordinate scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
- implement sales promotions and organize service areas
- mentor and motivate crew to deliver excellent customer experiences
