Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous managerial experience preferred

Job Qualifications

- experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
- set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
- ensure great customer service and organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas
- deliver quality food quickly and safely, control food costs, train kitchen staff
- hire qualified crew, provide training, schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize team members throughout their employment
