Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous managerial experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties

  • lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
  • ensure great customer service and organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas
  • deliver quality food quickly and safely, control food costs, train kitchen staff
  • hire qualified crew, provide training, schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize team members throughout their employment
