Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set department goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report department results to team and managers
  • guest service department manager ensures crew deliver great customer experience, manage sales promotions and organize front counter and drive-thru areas
  • kitchen department manager ensures food quality, safety, and cost control, and trains kitchen staff
  • people department manager hires, trains, schedules staff and motivates crew
