Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set department goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report department results to team and managers
- guest service department manager ensures crew deliver great customer experience, manage sales promotions and organize front counter and drive-thru areas
- kitchen department manager ensures food quality, safety, and cost control, and trains kitchen staff
- people department manager hires, trains, schedules staff and motivates crew
