Job Duties

- provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts

- ensure team compliance with McDonald's quality, service and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security and profitability measures
- communicate with next shift manager for smooth operations
- manage departmental goals and targets
- oversee people department duties including hiring, training and scheduling
- manage guest department focusing on hospitality and service speed
- ensure kitchen department quality, inventory and food safety
- enforce food safety protocols
- handle internal communication
- manage inventory
- maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance
- oversee crew management
- ensure quality food production
- deliver exceptional customer service
