Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly and ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
  • plan shifts and monitor team performance
  • ensure team compliance with McDonald's quality, service and cleanliness standards
  • monitor safety, security and profitability measures
  • communicate with next shift manager for smooth operations
  • manage departmental goals and targets
  • oversee people department duties including hiring, training and scheduling
  • manage guest department focusing on hospitality and service speed
  • ensure kitchen department quality, inventory and food safety
  • enforce food safety protocols
  • handle internal communication
  • manage inventory
  • maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance
  • oversee crew management
