Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • previous experience in management preferably in restaurant retail or hospitality
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • capable of working in a fast paced environment
  • commitment to customer service excellence
  • willingness to learn and grow within the role

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate and friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned systems like training food safety and inventory management
  • set goals delegate tasks and report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
  • organize front counter McCafe and drive-thru areas
  • oversee food quality safety and cost control in kitchen
  • recruit train schedule and motivate crew members
