Job Qualifications

- proficiency with restaurant management systems and scheduling software
Job Duties
- manage training systems in the department
- oversee food safety compliance
- monitor and control inventory management
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks
- follow up and report results to team and management
- train and develop kitchen staff in production procedures
- ensure high-quality food delivery and cost control
- recruit, train, and schedule crew members
- motivate and recognize employee performance
- oversee front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru operations
- ensure memorable customer experience
