Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and delegate effectively
  • knowledge of food safety standards and inventory control
  • commitment to customer service excellence
  • proficiency with restaurant management systems and scheduling software

Job Duties

  • manage training systems in the department
  • oversee food safety compliance
  • monitor and control inventory management
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks
  • follow up and report results to team and management
  • train and develop kitchen staff in production procedures
  • ensure high-quality food delivery and cost control
  • recruit, train, and schedule crew members
  • motivate and recognize employee performance
  • oversee front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru operations
  • ensure memorable customer experience
  • execute sales promotions effectively
