Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Follow up on tasks and report results to team and management
  • Oversee Guest Service Department including crew training and sales promotions
  • Ensure Kitchen Department delivers quality food and manages food cost
  • Manage People Department including hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew
