Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Follow up on tasks and report results to team and management
- Oversee Guest Service Department including crew training and sales promotions
- Ensure Kitchen Department delivers quality food and manages food cost
- Manage People Department including hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew
