Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
  • Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to create a fun and exciting environment for guests and team members
  • Skilled in basic mathematical computations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards

Job Duties

  • Manage food/product matters in the Heart of House area
  • Plan, hire, train, and develop department team members
  • Maintain safe environments and adherence to health standards
  • Oversee inventory control and vendor relations
  • Manage adult beverage operations including ordering and RAS compliance
  • Create weekly schedules within labor budgets
  • Implement incentive programs and contests
  • Provide regular performance feedback and conduct appraisals
  • Assist General Manager with coaching and performance management
  • Ensure adherence to service, quality, and cleanliness standards
  • Monitor equipment and report repair needs
  • Operate department within food and labor cost targets
  • Utilize restaurant performance tools to identify and address issues
  • Manage guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Develop action plans and follow through on completion
  • Facilitate new product rollouts and promotions
  • Administer administrative duties like invoicing and end of day procedures
