Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in a café, juice bar, or restaurant setting
- knowledge of coffee and juice preparation techniques
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification or ServSafe certification preferred
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to handle a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Innovates, and creates new menu items
- supervise daily operations of the coffee and juice bar
- lead, train, motivate, and schedule baristas and team members
- ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- prepare and oversee preparation of coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, juices, and light food items
- maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
- monitor inventory levels and place supply orders as needed
- manage cash handling, POS systems, and end-of-day reporting
- track sales, labor costs, and operational performance
- develop promotions, seasonal menus, and upselling strategies
- ensure compliance with health department regulations and company policies
