Job Duties

  • lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals for your team and delegate tasks accordingly
  • follow up on tasks and report results to management
  • oversee Guest Service Department ensuring excellent customer experience and organized service areas
  • manage Kitchen Department to maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
  • manage People Department focusing on crew hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation
