Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals for your team and delegate tasks accordingly
- follow up on tasks and report results to management
- oversee Guest Service Department ensuring excellent customer experience and organized service areas
- manage Kitchen Department to maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
- manage People Department focusing on crew hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation
