Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous managerial experience preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management

- organize front counter McCafe and drive-thru areas for best service
- oversee kitchen staff to maintain food quality safety and cost control
- hire train and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
