Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to teams
  • follow up and report results to teams and managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
  • organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
  • train kitchen staff in production procedures
  • hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew
