Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous experience managing a team preferred
  • Ability to lead shifts and manage restaurant operations
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and inventory management

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment preferred
  • Positive team player with flexible schedule
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
  • Manage assigned Departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • Oversee systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
  • Train staff on service and production procedures
  • Organize front counter, McCafe and drive-thru areas for best service
  • Control food quality, safety, and cost
