Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience managing a team preferred
- Ability to lead shifts and manage restaurant operations
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Flexible availability to work various shifts
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of food safety and inventory management

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- Manage assigned Departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- Oversee systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Train staff on service and production procedures
- Organize front counter, McCafe and drive-thru areas for best service
- Control food quality, safety, and cost
