Within our local McDonald's franchisee-operated restaurant, we are currently seeking Department Managers to join our leadership team. This role is vital to the operations of the restaurant and offers an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about leadership, team collaboration, and delivering outstanding customer service. Department Managers play a key role in executing essential restaurant functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management. As a Department Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards across three critical areas: kitchen, people, and service.
