Job Description

The Kades Corporation is the fifth largest McDonald's franchise in the United States, operating 53 restaurants across three distinct markets in Texas, with 18 locations in the Beaumont area and plans to expand to 54 restaurants soon. This reputable company has established itself as a leader in the quick-service restaurant industry, committed to delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences. As a franchisee of McDonald's, The Kades Corporation offers a dynamic work environment that encourages career growth, leadership development, and opportunities to make a significant impact in the community through its widespread presence.

The company is currently seeking experienced and driven leaders to join their team as Assistant Managers. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about leadership and eager to advance their careers within a supportive and growth-oriented company. While experience in McDonald's operations is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement, making this an accessible opportunity for talented managers from diverse backgrounds. The Assistant Manager position offers competitive wages ranging from $10 to $15 per hour, with comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401K retirement plans, monthly bonus programs, up to three weeks of vacation, seven paid holidays annually, college tuition assistance, employee discounts, and the unique Archways to Opportunity Benefits program.

As an Assistant Manager at The Kades Corporation, you will be responsible for leading and managing restaurant operations effectively. This includes overseeing daily restaurant functions with a hands-on approach, ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and controlling costs. You will play a pivotal role in staffing, training, and developing team members to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce. You will also have the chance to develop your skills in P&L management, staff scheduling, and performance evaluation, gaining valuable experience in running a successful business.

The role requires a friendly, enthusiastic leader who can inspire their team by example and build strong relationships with employees and guests alike. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential. The Assistant Manager position offers a compelling career path, encouraging you to grow from assistant manager to higher leadership roles within the franchise.

Joining The Kades Corporation means becoming part of a team that values energy, purpose, and continuous development. The company fosters an inclusive culture where employees are encouraged to say YES to new challenges, honing their leadership skills while contributing to a successful, customer-focused business. With a strong commitment to employee success, The Kades Corporation remains a top employer in the Beaumont area and beyond, providing an exceptional platform for management professionals looking to advance in the hospitality and restaurant industry.
