Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to lead shifts and manage restaurant operations
- Experience in managing systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Capability to set goals, delegate tasks and report results
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience preferably in restaurant, retail or hospitality
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with profit and loss management and food safety standards
Job Duties
- Lead shifts with responsibility for customer experience and operational efficiency
- Manage profit and loss statements and control food cost
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Oversee staffing, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Implement sales promotions and maintain organized front-of-house and drive-thru operations
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
