Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to lead shifts and manage restaurant operations
  • Experience in managing systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Capability to set goals, delegate tasks and report results
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience preferably in restaurant, retail or hospitality
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with profit and loss management and food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts with responsibility for customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Manage profit and loss statements and control food cost
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Oversee staffing, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Develop and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
  • Implement sales promotions and maintain organized front-of-house and drive-thru operations
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management
