Job Description

The Kades Corporation is a prominent player in the fast-food industry, recognized as the 5th largest McDonald’s franchise in the United States. With ownership and operation of 53 restaurants, soon expanding to 54, across three distinct markets in Texas, The Kades Corporation has firmly established itself as a leader in the field. Specifically, they manage 18 restaurants in the Beaumont area, showcasing their significant presence and commitment to delivering high-quality fast food service in this region. This franchise company is dedicated to maintaining the McDonald’s standard of excellence while providing unique opportunities for career growth and development within their organization.

This specific opportunity is targeted at experienced and driven leaders seeking to advance their careers into management roles. The position available is that of an Assistant Manager, a key role designed to groom talented individuals for greater responsibilities. Although previous McDonald’s experience is considered an asset, it is not a prerequisite, illustrating the company’s openness to cultivating leadership skills from diverse backgrounds. The Kades Corporation is enthusiastic about hiring leaders who are ready to embrace operational responsibilities, manage teams effectively, and contribute positively to the overall business performance.

The Assistant Manager role offers competitive starting wages ranging from $10 to $15 per hour, reflecting the company’s investment in rewarding talent appropriately. This position comes with various benefits including health insurance, a 401K plan, and a monthly bonus program that incentivizes excellent performance. Additional perks consist of up to three weeks of vacation annually, seven paid holidays, college tuition assistance, various employee discounts including McDonald’s perks, and access to Archways to Opportunity benefits. These benefits illustrate The Kades Corporation’s commitment to supporting both the personal and professional growth of its employees.

The job itself centers on developing leadership capabilities through hands-on experience in managing restaurant operations. Candidates will be expected to exemplify a friendly and enthusiastic leadership style, demonstrating a willingness to ‘roll up their sleeves’ and take ownership of restaurant functions. Leadership responsibilities include managing profit and loss, ensuring food safety, handling staffing and team development, and consistently delivering a superior guest experience. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities are vital for success in this role.

Employees in this role will work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of restaurant operations. The Kades Corporation values a proactive leader who is passionate about developing a team, motivating staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role not only supports the day-to-day management of the restaurant but also provides an excellent platform for career progression within the franchise’s expanding network. Ultimately, The Kades Corporation aims to offer a fulfilling career path where employees can thrive, grow, and achieve their professional goals in the fast-food industry.
