Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA, which means that the franchisee is solely responsible for employment decisions such as hiring, firing, scheduling, and supervising employees. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Prior experience in management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred

  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with team members
  • Ensure Guest Service staff deliver excellent customer experiences and properly execute sales promotions
  • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure high quality and safe food production
  • Control food costs and train kitchen staff on production procedures
  • Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit objectives
  • Motivate and recognize staff to promote retention and performance
