Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience in management preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with team members
- Ensure Guest Service staff deliver excellent customer experiences and properly execute sales promotions
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure high quality and safe food production
- Control food costs and train kitchen staff on production procedures
- Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit objectives
- Motivate and recognize staff to promote retention and performance
