This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA, which means that the franchisee is solely responsible for employment decisions such as hiring, firing, scheduling, and supervising employees. McDonald’s USA has no involvement in the employment matters of this location.

- Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management

- Ensure Guest Service staff deliver excellent customer experiences and properly execute sales promotions
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure high quality and safe food production
- Control food costs and train kitchen staff on production procedures
- Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit objectives
- Motivate and recognize staff to promote retention and performance
