Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- set department goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to managers and team
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- oversee sales promotions and staff training in service procedures
- organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru service areas
- ensure quality control and food safety in kitchen operations
- control food costs and train kitchen staff on menu items
- recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members
