  • Follow up on delegated tasks and report results to other managers
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
  • Oversee sales promotions and service procedures training
  • Organize front counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • Control food quality, safety, and costs in the kitchen
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Motivate and recognize crew members
