Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- Follow up on delegated tasks and report results to other managers
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
- Oversee sales promotions and service procedures training
- Organize front counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Control food quality, safety, and costs in the kitchen
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Motivate and recognize crew members
