While this franchisee uses McDonald's logos, trademarks, and food products, it operates as a distinct company and is the sole employer responsible for employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, scheduling, and supervision within the restaurant. The franchisee maintains full control over all employment decisions and practices without involvement from McDonald's USA. This ensures a localized, community-focused approach to management and employment that aligns with both corporate McDonald's standards and the unique needs of the franchise's customers and employees.

Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous experience in management preferred
  • ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • flexible with scheduling and work hours
  • passion for providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments ideal

Job Duties

  • lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage departmental systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • set goals and delegate tasks within the team
  • follow up and report results to management
  • ensure execution of sales promotions and organize service areas
  • maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in kitchen operations
  • recruit, train, and schedule crew members effectively
