While the franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, brand, and food products, this entity functions as a distinct company and employer. All employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are exclusively handled by the franchisee with no involvement from McDonald's USA. This means that if you are hired, your employment is directly with the franchisee and not with McDonald's USA. The franchisee assumes full responsibility for all employment decisions at this location.

The position being offered is for a Department Manager role. Kitchen Department Managers concentrate on maintaining high food quality and safety standards, ensuring quick food preparation, controlling food costs, and training kitchen staff on production methods and new menu items. This role ensures the restaurant's food delivery meets McDonald’s strict guidelines for taste and safety.
The People Department Manager oversees hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling crew members to align with sales and profit goals. Additionally, they focus on employee motivation and recognition to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate for this managerial position should have prior leadership experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings.
