This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products while managing the restaurant. However, the independent franchisee operates as a distinct company and is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no control or involvement in employment decisions at this location. Previous managerial experience in restaurants, retail, or hospitality is preferred, but not mandatory. Flexibility with scheduling, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude are critical. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for a management position in corporate-owned McDonald's restaurants.
