This position is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchise, which is distinct from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s trademarks, logos, and food products but operates as a separate company with full control over its employment practices. This structure means that while the restaurant delivers the well-known McDonald’s experience, all employment decisions including hiring, firing, scheduling, and supervision are managed exclusively by the franchisee.
