The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA, which means all employment decisions and management responsibilities at the restaurant are handled solely by the franchisee. McDonald’s USA holds no control or involvement over hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, scheduling, or any other employment matter within the restaurant. Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, follow-up and report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
  • organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru for best service
  • oversee kitchen quality, food safety, and food cost control
  • hire, train, schedule, motivate, and recognize crew members
