Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous leadership experience preferred
- flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People Management
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks
- follow up and report results to teams and fellow managers
- train crew and managers in service, production, and safety procedures
- oversee sales promotions and service areas like front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru
- ensure food quality, safety, and cost control
- recruit, train, schedule, and motivate crew members
