Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous leadership experience preferred
  • flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • commitment to excellent customer service and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • positive team player mindset
  • flexibility with scheduling
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for hospitality and customer service
  • must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People Management
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks
  • follow up and report results to teams and fellow managers
  • train crew and managers in service, production, and safety procedures
  • oversee sales promotions and service areas like front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru
  • ensure food quality, safety, and cost control
  • recruit, train, schedule, and motivate crew members
