Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates under the McDonald's brand but is owned and operated by an independent franchisee separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, trademarks, and food products to run the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older to manage the restaurant
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality
  • Positive team player with flexible schedule
  • Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead weekly shifts ensuring customers receive fast accurate and friendly service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Training Food Safety Inventory Management
  • Set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and successful sales promotions in Guest Service areas
  • Maintain kitchen food quality safety cost control and train kitchen staff on production
  • Hire train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit targets in the People Department
  • Motivate and recognize crew members providing coaching and leadership
