Job Description
This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates under the McDonald's brand but is owned and operated by an independent franchisee separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, trademarks, and food products to run the restaurant. It is important to note that the franchisee is an entirely independent company and employer, with complete responsibility for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, scheduling, and discipline. McDonald's USA acts solely as a licensor and does not exercise any control over the employment decisions or processes at this restaurant. If you are hired, your employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, and your employment application will be handled exclusively by the franchisee organization.
Our restaurant offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment where you have the chance to build a satisfying career with great benefits and opportunities for advancement. At this location, you can choose flexible working hours and pursue your education while developing valuable skills. The Kitchen Department Manager will oversee food quality, food safety, cost control, and staff training on production procedures including menu updates. The People Department Manager will lead efforts to hire qualified crew members, provide thorough training, and schedule staff effectively to meet sales and profit goals while fostering motivation and recognition among employees.
All managers are responsible for leading weekly shifts, delegating tasks, setting goals, following up on progress, reporting results, and ensuring a pleasant experience for customers every visit. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, pre-tax flexible spending accounts, short- and long-term disability insurance, life and accident insurance, paid leaves of absence, employee resource connection, and service awards.
