It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate company from McDonald’s USA and is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Positive team player with flexible schedule
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to teach and train side-by-side with team
  • Open availability and flexible scheduling including weekdays, nights, weekends
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills
  • Proficient with P.O.S. and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Strong people skills to coach, train, inspire diverse teams
  • Commitment to high standards in quality, service, cleanliness, and value
  • Aspirations to impress every guest every time
  • High-level professional and clear communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and improve continuously

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to teams
  • Ensure service promotions are well executed
  • Train service and kitchen staff in procedures
  • Organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for best service
  • Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
