Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- follow up and report results to team and other managers
- ensure sales promotions are executed well
- organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- train crew and managers in service procedures
- maintain food quality and safety standards
- control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures
- hire qualified crew, train, and schedule to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members
