The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, ensuring that the restaurant maintains the well-known McDonald’s brand experience. However, it is important to understand that this franchisee functions as a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. In this role, the franchisee will manage all employment-related responsibilities such as hiring, firing, scheduling, staffing, discipline, and supervision. McDonald’s USA is not involved in employment decisions and will not receive applications or have any influence on hiring processes.

The position being offered is a Department Manager role within the restaurant. This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while building leadership and management skills. Department Managers lead shifts, ensuring that every customer receives a fast, accurate, and friendly service experience. Different departments may include Guest Service, Kitchen, and People, each with their own specialized focuses.
