Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to teams
  • follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • ensure sales promotions are executed well
  • organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • train crew and managers in service procedures
  • maintain food quality and safety standards
  • control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures
  • hire qualified crew, train, and schedule to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew members
