This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee operates independently and is a separate entity from McDonald's USA. As such, McDonald's USA does not have any control over the employment process or decisions at this restaurant. The franchisee is solely responsible for all aspects of employment including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. If you are hired for this position, your employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.
