Job Description

Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on team performance
  • ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
  • oversee sales promotions and organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
  • maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in kitchen operations
  • recruit, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
