Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service

- oversee sales promotions and organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
- maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in kitchen operations
- recruit, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
