Job Description

Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • previous management experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred

Job Duties

  • lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
  • manage specific departments such as Training, Food Safety, or Inventory Management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, and follow-up on progress
  • ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer service
  • organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for efficient service
  • oversee kitchen operations to maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
  • recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and recognize crew members
