Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- manage specific departments such as Training, Food Safety, or Inventory Management
- set goals, delegate tasks, and follow-up on progress
- ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer service
- organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for efficient service
- oversee kitchen operations to maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
- recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and recognize crew members
