Job Description

This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, distinct and separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, which allows them to run the restaurant positively reflecting the McDonald’s brand. However, all employment decisions — including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling employees — are handled solely by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned departments including Hospitality, Quality, or People
  • Oversee training for new and existing staff in service and production procedures
  • Control food safety and quality standards
  • Manage inventory and food cost
  • Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members
  • Motivate and recognize employees to maintain high team morale
