This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's. It is important to note that this franchisee operates as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA, holding a license to use the McDonald's brand logos and food products while managing day-to-day operations independently. The franchisee is fully responsible for all employment matters within their restaurant, including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, discipline, and supervision of all employees. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to lead and manage teams
  • prior experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management preferred
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned department systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
  • oversee guest service including customer experience, sales promotions, and staff training
  • organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • ensure kitchen delivers quality food fast while maintaining safety and controlling food costs
  • hire, train, and schedule crew members to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize employees to foster engagement
