The franchisee is fully responsible for all employment matters within their restaurant, including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, discipline, and supervision of all employees. This means that if hired, your employment relationship will be directly with the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, which has no involvement in employment decisions or access to employment applications for this position.
