Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People with accountability for systems like Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team and other managers
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience and execute sales promotions effectively
  • Oversee kitchen operations maintaining food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew members to meet sales and profit goals
  • Coach and develop team members fostering a positive work environment
