Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report performance results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
  • organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for efficient service
  • control food cost and quality and train kitchen staff on production procedures
