Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- capability to train and motivate staff
- commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as training, food safety, and inventory
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report performance results
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
- organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for efficient service
- control food cost and quality and train kitchen staff on production procedures
