Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment desirable
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Age 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts and ensure customers have a fast, accurate, and friendly experience
  • Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Follow up on tasks and report results to other managers
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee promotions and service procedures at Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru
  • Manage food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
  • Train kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items
  • Recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew members
  • Motivate and recognize crew to maintain high team morale
