Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment desirable
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead shifts and ensure customers have a fast, accurate, and friendly experience
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Follow up on tasks and report results to other managers
- Ensure crew and managers deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee promotions and service procedures at Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru
- Manage food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
- Train kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items
- Recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew members
- Motivate and recognize crew to maintain high team morale
