Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up to report results
- ensure team delivers great customer service and sales promotions are executed well
- organize front counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru for optimal service
- oversee food quality, safety, and cost control
- hire, train, schedule staff, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
