This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA, which means all employment matters including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline are the sole responsibility of the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not control any of these employment decisions and does not receive applications or participate in interviews or hiring processes.

This role is specifically for department managers who lead shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. The Kitchen Manager oversees food preparation, ensuring quality and safety, controls food cost, and trains staff on production procedures and new menu items. The People Manager deals with hiring qualified crew, training and scheduling them adequately, motivating staff, and supporting their growth within the company.
Ideal candidates have previous managerial experience, preferably within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. Positive team players with flexible schedules and enthusiasm for the fast-paced McDonald's setting are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to manage corporate-owned restaurants.
