Job Description

This job opportunity is provided by a restaurant that is part of the McDonald's franchise network but is owned and operated independently by a franchisee. Unlike McDonald's USA which manages its own corporate-owned restaurants, this franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's trademarks, logos, and food products while independently managing the day-to-day operations, staffing, hiring, and employee supervision. This distinction means that employment decisions and policies are controlled solely by the franchise owner, and McDonald's USA is not involved in employment matters, including the hiring process or interview scheduling.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior supervisory or managerial experience in related industry preferred
  • ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • must be legally authorized to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • positive attitude and flexibility with scheduling
  • at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • oversee Guest Service department ensuring excellent customer experience, promotion execution, and organized service areas
  • supervise Kitchen department ensuring food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
  • manage People department focusing on hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew
  • report results and follow up with teams and other managers
