Job Description
This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Unlike corporate-owned restaurants, this establishment is managed and operated independently from McDonald's USA, making the franchisee the sole employer responsible for all employment-related matters. As a result, if hired for this position, your employment relationship will be directly with the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee manages all aspects of hiring, firing, scheduling, supervision, and employee relations within the restaurant.

Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to work flexible hours
- previous leadership experience preferred
- capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Job Duties
- lead shifts and ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on team performance
- ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
- organize service areas such as front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru
- ensure kitchen delivers quality food quickly and safely
- hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew members
